Marple Newtown opened up scoring one in the first inning, two in the third inning, and one in the seventh.
One bright spot for Conestoga Varsity was a single by Ryan Buck in the seventh inning.
Luke Zimmerman was on the mound for Marple Newtown. He went seven innings, allowing zero runs on one hit and striking out seven.
Jacob Marcus toed the rubber for Conestoga Varsity. He went six and a third innings, allowing four runs on seven hits and striking out nine. Tucker Conlan threw two-thirds of an inning out of the bullpen.
