Conestoga Pioneers Freshman defeated Haverford 5-2 thanks to a strong start. Conestoga Pioneers Freshman scored on a single by Nico Arbes in the first inning, a passed ball during Ethan Tartaglio’s at bat in the first inning, and a single by JT Zellefrow in the second inning.

Sanjay Aiyar (pictured) earned the victory on the pitcher’s mound for Conestoga Pioneers Freshman. He went four innings, allowing one run on three hits and striking out one. Alex Yucha threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen. Yucha recorded the last nine outs to earn the save for Conestoga Pioneers Freshman.
